Holiday Gift Ideas
Order your Holiday Gifts through SCVi and Original Works
Be sure to read carefully, as there are some changes to the program this year! As we do every year at SCVi we will be partnering with Original Works to bring you the opportunity to purchase gift items with your child’s artwork. All gift items will arrive at the school the first week of December so they are perfect for holiday gifts. The proceeds SCVi earns will go to purchasing more supplies for the art department.
Next week you will receive packets. This year, learners will be creating their artwork for the program at home. The packets will have the special Original Works paper that your learner will use to create their artwork. Please take some time to read the attached two pages with best practices for creating artwork that looks great when transferred to products. Important things to remember:
All orders must be returned to your child’s facilitator on Monday, October 17
Bright colors with crayons, paint and markers work best
Fill the page or add a border – makes things look great!
Must use the special paper in your packet, if your child makes a mistake and needs to redo, then use card stock! Regular copy paper will be rejected.
Add your learner’s name, grade level, a “T” marking the top of the artwork, and “SCVi Charter School” to the back of the artwork in PENCIL.
