Individualized Learning Plans

As part of iLEAD’s philosophy on providing a personalized approach to learning for every child, setting goals at the beginning of the school year is very important. Your child’s facilitator or advisor will be scheduling an ILP (Individualized Learning Plan) meeting starting this week, and throughout the rest of September. Lower School learners will schedule with their facilitators and Upper School Learners will schedule their ILPs with their advisor.

The purpose of this time is to allow the learners, themselves, to focus on their own personal growth and what they want to achieve both academically and socially-emotionally this school year. At their ILP the learners will set goals, and create a plan of action to achieve those goals. While we understand that it is difficult for some parents to take the time away from work to attend, we encourage you to reach out to your child’s facilitator to find a time that works for you and your family.

If you would like to set up a time for a parent facilitator conference without your learner present you may do so by reaching out to your child’s facilitator or advisor.
