California Science Center Field Trip Fuels Project-Based Learning at SCVi

Recently, Ms. Norris’s 3rd and 4th grade class headed to the California Science Center. Field studies enhance SCVi’s project-based learning approach, taking learning beyond the classroom. Immersing learners in hands-on environments makes abstract ideas real, fostering deeper understanding beyond textbooks. Witnessing science in action sparks curiosity and aligns with the inquiry-based nature of project-based learning.
