Manufacturing Day

All middle and high school-age learners are welcome to attend the College of the Canyons Manufacturing Day,   Thursday, Oct. 4th from 6-8 p.m. in the COC Student Center. This is free and open the public. This event reveals the lucrative and rewarding potential of careers in design, engineering, fabrication, and more, featuring organizations in the backyard of Santa Clarita Valley. Representatives from PPG, Lockheed Martin, Gantom Lighting, and NASA will provide a panel presentation of the top skills and characteristics these employers are seeking today, with displays and activities explaining opportunities in design, engineering, fabrication, robotics, and distribution.
