Monday: SCSA Bringing Plane to Quad

Love to fly? Never flown, but find it interesting? On Monday, Feb. 12, SCSA will be bringing out a full-scale sailplane to the quad between our Cafe and Upper School. Their primary goal in bringing the plane is to work in-depth with our 8th grade learners who are neck-deep in aeronautic concepts. Our learners get the opportunity to talk fluid dynamics and Newton’s Laws with the best in the industry.

If you are interested, stop by and see the plane. If not busy with learners, you can ask questions and interact with the aircraft.  The plane will be available from 8:25 a.m-12:45 p.m.
