SCVi Aerospace Learners Explore Manufacturing Day
On Friday, October 3, SCVi Aerospace Pathway high schoolers attended Manufacturing Day at the incredible College of the Canyons Advanced Technology Center (ATC)!
The ATC is a world-class center dedicated to providing quality training in high-demand, high-tech fields, including advanced manufacturing and robotics. Our learners checked out the variety of cutting-edge equipment used and got an in-depth look at what these high-tech, high-pay manufacturing careers are all about.
The need for skilled workers in this region is immense, with thousands of new jobs expected in manufacturing alone. By visiting the ATC, our learners saw the first step they could take toward a rewarding career that meets this demand.
