SCVi Sports Signups
Welcome back, SCVi families! SCVi will be offering the following sports for the 2016-2017 school year. If your learner is interested in participating in any of the following lower school sports (peewee, elementary, or middle school), please email lower school athletic director Tim Alves at tim.alves@ileadschools.org with your learner’s name, grade level, and sport(s) interested in.
If your learner is interested in participating in any of the following upper school sports, please email upper school athletic director Casey Blaszczyk at casey.blaszczyk@scvi-k12.org .
Ladies Volleyball and Cross Country (co-ed) athletes must turn in their Physical Evaluation forms by Friday, August 26. See below for forms.
We also need coaches! If you, or someone you know, is interested in coaching, please let us know as our sports program relies entirely on volunteer coaches. Thank you!
Note: PeeWee sports are for grades K-3, elementary sports are for grades 4-6, middle school sports are for grades 7-8, upper school sports are for grades 9-12.

SCVi Sports runs completely on family donations to cover league fees, jerseys, facilities, and all other expenses. Please see below for the donation amount that will cover expenses for each sport:
PeeWee: $65
Elementary: $90
Middle School: $90
Upper School Golf & Cross Country: $150
All other Upper School Sports: $300
A physical examination is required for all Upper School athletes. Please fill out both of these forms and return to Athletic Director Casey Blaszczky:
