Hello, SCVi families! We hope you enjoyed your break and thought this would be a good time to update your learner\u2019s information, if you have not done so already. You can do this through your <\/span>Parent Portal<\/i><\/b> to verify that all registration documents are ready to go for your learner\u2019s 2019-2020 school year. <\/span>This is applicable to <\/b>ALL<\/i><\/b> our SCVi families, new and returning<\/b>. Please review the below list to see what actions are required while inside your <\/span>Parent Portal<\/i><\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

• Update Personal Information<\/span><\/li>\n
• Emergency Contact Card<\/span><\/li>\n
• Phone Numbers and Email Addresses<\/span><\/li>\n
• Re-sign Digital Documents<\/span><\/li>\n
• Complete Household Data Collection (HDC) Form (<\/span>Must be signed and dated after <\/span>July 1st <\/b>every year)<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n
• Resubmit Proof of Residency <\/span>every year<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
