ParentSquare: If you are a new family to SCVi, you should have received an invitation to join ParentSquare. Please make sure to register and connect, as this is the way we send our whole school and grade level communications from the office. If you have not received the invitation, please email office@scvi-k12.org for additional help.
Learning Management System: SCVi uses two learning management systems. We use Brightspace and/or Google Classroom.
For the classes using Brightspace as a learning tool. Through your parent portal, you can see:
- Announcements and updates from your child’s facilitator
- Feedback and progress through the grade book
- Upcoming due dates/work to do
- Portfolio items of beautiful work completed by your child

For the classes using Google Classroom, you should receive a parent invitation for your child’s class. If you have not yet received the invitation to your child’s classroom, please check your spam folder first and email your child’s facilitator to help connect you.
