I’m not sure how you are all feeling, but the first two weeks of school have flown by for me! Thank you for your patience as we work through the kinks. The first few weeks are an important time for our learners, facilitators, and staff to get reacquainted with one another and our culture here at SCVi. I hope by now you have all settled into a weekly routine of being back at school. We are so very happy to see all of you!
At iLEAD’s staff retreat this year, the theme was “What’s Your Superpower?” It was a time for us all to reflect on what makes us great; we are all strong in our own very different ways. I encourage you to ask your learners to reflect back on the past two weeks and ask them what they think their superpower is! What is going to help them excel this year? Grit, Kindness, Focus, Humor? Please come up and share!
