Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in SCVi! We are deeply proud of our progressive, project-based approach — and the level of independence shown by our learners. If you haven’t already, we recommend that you visit our campus before you apply. A visit will allow you to experience the joy and learning that happens every day. You can join a tour, attend a virtual information session, or meet with our registrar.

When you are ready to apply, here are the steps.

Step 1: Fill Out an Application Form

The first step is to fill out an application form. You will do this through our enrollment platform, Integrity6.

  1. Click on the Enrollment Application button. On this page, you will get information about important enrollment dates.

  2. Click on the green Start Application button. This will take you to a new page asking you to input your email address.

  3. Once you have entered your email, click on the green Get Started button.

  4. The system will email you a link to begin the application. Please note that this link will be active for only 36 hours. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Click on the link in the email. This will take you to an application form. Please fill this out in full.

  6. You will receive an email confirming your application.

Step 2: The Lottery

SCVi is a free, public charter school that often has more community interest than available seating. As such, we’ve instituted a lottery according to state law to select new students for the upcoming school year. Our lottery for this school year took place on March 22. However, there are still grade levels with spots available for the 2024-25 school year. Please fill out an enrollment application to get started.

Step 3: Complete Paperwork

Once your child is offered a seat at SCVi, you will have 10 days to complete and return the necessary paperwork. We will provide you with a complete set of paperwork upon your offer.

Reminders

If your child is already enrolled, there’s no need to reapply each year. Kindergarten eligibility requires a child to turn 5 by September 1. For the 2024-25 school year, Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is for 4-year-olds turning 5 between September 2 and June 2.
