Fall Festival Recap & Thank You’s

thank you

Many thanks to everyone who attended SCVi’s annual Fall Festival! After two years of dormancy the event returned with great fanfare. Learners and their families came in costumes and seasonal attire to play hand-crafted games like Whack-a-Mummy, Witch Hat Ring Toss, and Feed the Zombie.

SCVi’s Event Coordinator, Cordy Dwyer directed Upper School learners in rehabilitating the carnival style games. Parent volunteer and Early Childhood Education Specialist, Alina Fletcher hosted a Spooky Textures Experience where learners experimented with slime and chemical reactions. One of the most popular attractions was a wand making booth, hosted by parent volunteer and halloween enthusiast, Erin Kirk.

Many thanks to our volunteers including the Advisory Council, SCVi staff, administration, and parent volunteers for ensuring the event ran smoothly. Our deepest gratitude goes to Fall Festival Chairperson, Tanya Peterson. Thanks to her dedication, organization, and enthusiasm the Fall Festival was a jubilant success and set the bar for years to come.
