Sign Up Now for SCVi’s TK-6 Extended Learning After-School Program!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to introduce the SCVi Extended Learning After-School Program for TK-6th grade. We understand the importance of providing a nurturing and enriching environment beyond the regular school hours, and we are thrilled to extend this invitation to you and your child. 

Program Overview

The Extended Learning After-School Program has been designed with your child’s academic and social growth in mind. Here, your child will enhance their academic skills, receive tutoring support, complete classwork, and participate in games and fun activities. The program will offer the following features:

• Tutoring sessions tailored to individual needs, helping students excel in their studies and grasp challenging concepts.
• Assistance with completing classwork, assignments, and projects, ensuring that students stay on top of their academic responsibilities.
• Engaging and educational games that encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity.
• Opportunities for students to explore a variety of crafts and activities, enhancing their overall learning experience.

Program Schedule

Monday through Thursday:

• TK: 12:30-5:30 PM
• K-6th Grade: 3:05-5:30 PM

Friday:

• TK-6th Grade: 12:30-5:30 PM

Location

Pick-up location will be in the Rainforest Room where the 1st-2nd grade classrooms are located, to the left of the main entrance. There will be a sign out front.

Cost: Extended Learning Monthly Rate Schedule

Registration:

• $100

5 Days:

• TK-K: 12:30-5:30 PM: $650
• 1st-6th: 3:05-5:30 PM (including early dismissal): $500

3 Days (Mon., Wed., Fri.):

• TK-K: 12:30-5:30 PM: $550
• K-6th: 3:05-5:30 PM (including early dismissal): $475

2 Days (Tues., Thurs.):

• TK-K: 12:30-5:30 PM: $450
• K-6th: 3:05-5:30 PM (including early dismissal): $400

Please note the cost is for the month, which includes school shortened days and a select number of holidays.

We are currently working to become a vendor for CCRC. Stay tuned for more information, which we’ll provide when the process is complete.
