There’s Still Time to Get Involved in Our Fall Festival: October 19!

Dear SCVi Families,

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to help make our Fall Festival a wonderful success! We are excited to see so many of you getting involved. With the event just around the corner, we wanted to send a follow-up to ensure everyone has the chance to participate.

If you haven’t already done so, please take a moment to sign up on our SignUpGenius. Whether it’s volunteering your time, donating supplies, or creating an activity booth, there are still plenty of ways to get involved!

Key Reminders

• Trunk or Treat: The Trunk or Treat is now full! Families volunteering their vehicles should provide their own decorations and candy. Vehicles participating in the Trunk or Treat are asked to meet in the high school parking lot, where you will be redirected to the back of the yard behind the high school at 3 PM.
• Donations: We are still looking for pumpkins and large bags of candy to make the event extra special. You can drop off your donations at the front office, where our learners will be happy to collect them.
• Custom Booths: If you are creating your own booth, please share the details with us, including any prizes or candy you plan to distribute. Let us know if you need additional support, and we’ll do our best to help.

We are so grateful for the SCVi community’s enthusiasm in making this Fall Festival an unforgettable experience. Let’s work together to create a magical day for our learners and families!

Thank you once again for your support. We are looking forward to celebrating with you all on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 4 to 6 PM! Our set-up time will begin at 3 PM.
