We welcome our families to accompany their learners to their first day of class for drop-off. After you’ve dropped your learner, join us for coffee in the CAFE!
Class of 2018 Senior Sunrise
Friday, Aug. 25
Castaic Lake, meet at front entrance at 6 a.m.
Seniors, families and staff are welcome to begin the Class of 2018’s senior year watching the sunrise at Castaic Lake. We will meet at the main entrance prior to the park opening, caravan to a predetermined spot to view the sunrise, and to take our first class picture of the year. If your senior wishes to eat, some classmates are planning on meeting at Denny’s in Castaic (31724 Castaic Rd, Castaic, CA 91384,) for breakfast. All attendees need to be back at school by Block A. SAT Test
Saturday, Aug. 26, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., SCVi Upper School.
This is the first time SCVi is holding the test at our school. If you have already registered and received your confirmation to take the SAT at SCVi, make sure you arrive by 7:30 and follow all SAT policies and guidelines. This event is sold out. Typically juniors and seniors take these exams and sign up a month or two before the actual exam.
Upper School Theater: Midsummer Night’s Casting Call
Join Queen Mab in our journey through the dreamscape of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer’s Night Dream.” We will be holding auditions on Monday, Aug. 28, at 4 p.m. in the theatre with callbacks on Tuesday, Aug. 29, at 4 p.m. Looking forward to seeing all of you there!

New, returning, and interested learners and families to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) are invited to our annual meeting to review the IB Programme Requirements. We will discuss the advantages of the program and provide information on external exams.
