Visiting Chinese Administrators Give SCVi a Thumbs Up
The vice chancellor, international programs director, and international relations director were very impressed by their visit last week. They were particularly happy to see our school’s focus on social-emotional learning, collaboration, and communication – something they say Chinese schools lack greatly. The vice chancellor noted on multiple occasions that these skills, and not necessarily the rote skills and knowledge often taught in China, are what it takes for people to truly create and innovate.
