Four Hundred Fitness Club, located in Irvine, CA offers a fun, high energy program introducing elementary high school aged students to the fundamentals of fitness. Whether you are a beginner looking to just be more active or an athlete with your eye on going pro or anyone in between we are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Led by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers with years of experience, our programs will not only help make you better, faster and stronger, we help you build confidence and character in a positive and fun environment.
Our youth programs are for boys and girls ages 6 plus with each session focusing on age appropriate strength and conditioning.
