National Children's Chorus [S]

The National Children's Chorus currently serves students in Los Angeles and 7 other chapter cities, providing an unparalleled comprehensive educational curriculum that guides musicians from the age of 5 through 18. Graduates from the program each year are accepted into top colleges, universities and conservatories. Weekly training includes choral education as a part of a larger conservatory-like regimen that features classes in music theory, sight-reading, ear training, solo voice, conducting and composition. The program focuses heavily on the building of key skills to create superb musical fluency, as well as reinforcing confidence, self-esteem, social awareness and personal development.
