SITYODTONG, USA is located in Monrovia and was established in 2003. It is owned and operated by Walter Michalowski (Head Coach and Former Muay Thai Champion) and June Castro Michalowski (World Renowned Martial Artist and Star of the TV Show June Castros Fight Fit Boot Camp).
MUAY THAI is an ancient Martial Art and an effective and proven form of Self Defense. It is the national sport of Thailand and is known as the science of 8 limbs with techniques in punches, elbows, knees and kicks. The class is taught in a safe, fun and controlled environment. Training consists of skipping rope, calisthenics, techniques, counters, pad work, heavy bag training, sparring and core strengthening.
