Monday message 11.05.2018

I want to first congratulate our middle-school boys basketball team, who won a second consecutive championship last week defeating Trinity by 25 points. The team has not lost a game in two seasons! Congrats to Coach CJ and the entire team.

Second, a major congrats to senior Oscar Alcala, who made first team all-league and qualified for the CIF Invitationals last week. Oscar will now race against the top runners in the state on November 10th in Riverside. Congrats to the entire team and Coach Cedeño for a great year.

Also, Halloween was AMAZING! I loved leading the parade for all of our learners. Thank you to all of you who came out in support!

Our November community event is our Multicultural Festival. I hope you will all be coming out for this chance to gather, learn, explore, and eat together!

Monday morning is Coffee with Kaufman at 9 a.m. in the cafe. Please join me!
